Dr. Issa Ramaji is an Assistant Professor at Roger Williams University. He is also the CEO and Co-Founder of dataArrows, a company that develops building digital twin solutions. He is a committee member of the U.S. National BIM Standard and the leader of the data & interoperability committee at Digital Twin Consortium. Dr. Ramaji received his Ph.D. in Architectural Engineering from Penn State University, and holds an M.S. and a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering. Dr. Ramaji is very active in scientific communities and is an associate editor of ASCE journal of Architectural Engineering. He is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE), and has more than a decade of work experience in the construction industry -- both in design and construction firms. His projects are evolved around application of advance information technologies in the AEC/FM industry, including building Digital Twin, Building Information Modeling (BIM), building energy efficiency, Indoor Air Quality (IAQ), Internet of Things (IoT), and Artificial Intelligence (AI).
